Our Refund Policies have been organized by keeping in mind our customer’s facilitation. Customers must learn that 100% refund is not provided, as no one is qualified for a full refund. According to the case and scenario, certain amount is refunded to the customers.
Clients must read our policies and terms thoroughly before placing the order. Once the order has been placed, you cannot claim later that you do not agree with our Refund and Privacy Policy.
- A client has to claim within a month after placing an order for a refund.
- 50% of the total amount paid by the client is considered as our service charges and we hold a right to it. A client is free from paying money only if he received 30% non-original work or his work got rejected.
- Refund will only be granted based on the legitimate evidence provided by the client.
- Refunds will not be provided if:
- -Any order having a delivery deadline of equal to or less than 48 hours.
- -Any dissertation having a delivery deadline of equal to or less than 10 days.
- Claim for a refund is only accepted if a client is still disappointed with our work after getting
- A refund procedure could take up to one month, as we have to carry out a final inspection as per the standard.
- The charges will be deducted from the refunded amount, if a client requests for a correction or modification as our consultancy charges.
- It is strictly advised to client to reach us FIRST, before any negotiator, such as Bank, Law enforcement organization or PayPal for claiming the Refund. It will be considered as contract violation and will be dealt strictly.
- Statutory actions will be taken against deceitful clients who receive, charge back and misuse our policy by claiming a refund on which they are not qualified.
